In 1906, our family began caring for the olive trees of Chiaramonte Gulfi, a territory that has nurtured these trees for centuries to produce one of the celebrated PDO olive oils. Our extra virgin olive oils are produced in Southeastern Sicily, where the olives ripen harmoniously with Mediterranean breezes from the Iblei mountains towards the sea.
