Introducing California Sun Dry Foods - Something New Under the Sun. Our tomatoes are drenched in the California sun, from our fields to your table. Each package contains 3 ounces, with a total of 2 packages.

Our drying process is meticulous and ensures the highest quality product. We start with the freshest, vine-ripened California-grown tomatoes. It takes up to 21 pounds of fresh tomatoes to produce just one pound of our sumptuous sun-dried tomatoes. When the tomatoes are at their peak ripeness and flavor, they are brought to our drying facility. There, they are washed, halved, and placed on large drying trays. These trays are then spread out across our 27-acre drying facility to bask in the sun for 7 to 10 days. Once the tomatoes reach the perfect moisture level, they are gathered and sent to our packing facility to be used in our delicious sun-dried tomato products.

Tomatoes are rich in Lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that fights free radicals in the body. Sun-dried tomatoes contain 12 times the amount of Lycopene compared to raw tomatoes, ounce for ounce. Our tomatoes are dried slowly for 7 to 10 days under the California sun, ensuring superior flavor and texture. We do not rush the process by oven-drying.
